Snow White

This book (like the movie) started it all

Favorite Debut Book From an Author

15950496

Slammed by Colleen Hoover. I love this book so much. This is Colleen’s first book, and the first book of hers that I read. When I first decided to read it, I did not expect something so… CoHo, something so epic. But damn, it literally blew my mind. I’ve been a goner since.

cinderella-tag

Cinderella

A diamond in the rough

Just Like Cinderella, You Either Didn’t Expect Much Out of This Character in the Beginning But Turned Out to Be a Total Jem

claudia-grayLet’s make this clear, there are only a few protagonists that I like (I’ll be picking a main character here). Marguerite from the Firebird series is a character that I honestly didn’t expect to turn into the person she’s become at the end. She’s one of the few protagonists that I root for and sympathize with. And she totally deserves to win this category.

Aurora

Sleeping beauty

A Book That Makes You Sleepy or Just Could Not Hold Your Attention

City_of_Bones

City Of Bones by Cassandra Clare. I really tried to like this book, I did. But I just couldn’t do it with the annoying protagonist and the non-action-packed chapters. I’m used to reading the Sarah J Maas kind of fantasy, if you know what I mean. So yes, this book literally put me to sleep.

ariel-tag

Ariel

Under the sea

A Book With a Water/Ocean Setting

25817407

The Siren by Kiera Cass. That’s probably the only book I’ve read with a water/ ocean setting. Gorgeous cover. I love Kiera. But I hated this book.

belle-tag

Belle

Beauty and the beast

Name a Book With the Best Bookworm/Book Lover

I’d say Cath from Fangirl. I related to her so much, what with her social anxiety and preferring fanfic writing over talking to people…

Jasmine

The thief and the princess

Name Book with an Unlikely Love Story (Either in Terms of Romance or a Book You Didn’t Expect to Love So Much)

25842988

love a book that catches me off guard. Blind Trust was an ARC that I didn’t expect much from (I usually don’t expect a lot from ARCs) but it blew my mind. It’s hands-down my favorite new adult contemporary novel. Totally badass and so unpredictable. Plus, it has an unlikely love story. The romance in this one is soooo good.

Name a Book that is Based on a Real Life Person You Want to Read/Have Read

I’ve always wanted to read I Am Malala by Malala Yousafzai, but I’m not good with memoirs. My friend has been constantly badgering me for years now, and she literally threw the book in my face and asked me -very politely- to read it. It’s sitting on my bookshelf now, missing it’s mommy, who wouldn’t take it back until I pick it up and read it.

mulan

Mulan

The princess that saved her country

Name the Fiercest Heroine You Know

I’d say Celaena from the Throne Of Glass series. I’ve only read the first two books but I can see her growing into a fierce heroine.

tiana-tag

Tiana

The princess with the coolest and  most diverse crew

Name a diverse book whether it is a diverse set of characters (like Tiana’s group of Naveen, Louis, Ray, and more) or just diverse in general

13206900I know it’s a book in a series but I’m going to have to say Winter by Marissa Meyer, the queen of my heart, the love of my life… (should I go on?)

rapunzel

Rapunzel

Let your longggg hair down

Name the Longest Book You’ve Ever Read

After We Fell by Anna Todd. 848 pages.

A Book Where There is No Love Story/Interest or Isn’t Needed

maze-runner-books

The Maze Runner by James Dashner. How embarrassing would it be if I confessed that these are the only books I’ve read that have no love story? I can’t read a book that doesn’t have romance, I just can’t.

Anna/Elsa

Dash And Lily’s Book Of Dares by Rachel Cohn. It’s super sweet and Christmas-y and it takes place in New York City!

A Character That Goes on a Journey

Wanderlost by Jen Malone. I loved this novel so much. The protagonist’s character transformation throughout her journey is so beautiful.

Oooooh, loved your answers, Nadwa!! ❤ Wanderlost definitely has some journeys XD And YES YES YES to Winter. ❤ I was shocked it wasn't the longest book, but I see that other one narrowly beat it out. XD And lol, I love your friend's tactics. XD Thank you so much for doing the tag, Nadwa, and as usual, amazing post. ❤

OMG this tag is beautiful!! Thank you so much for tagging me! 😍And so many cool books! I’ve never read any Colleen Hoover’s books yet, although I own at least one 😛 But I really want to! And I also own Malala, that I’ve been wanting to read for more than 1 year now, and haven’t gotten to it. >.< Ahh, there's just so many books here that I wanna read! And like you, I really enjoy Kiera Cass, but that one I haven't heard anything but bad things :/ Although like always, amazing cover! Again, thank you so much for tagging me, and loved your post! ❤

Exactly! When I saw that it was coming out, I automatically added it to my TBR but when I started reading so many negative reviews about it I was super surprised! :/
I know!! >.< I really want to. Especially when two books are becoming movies, I have to read them asap!
I am sure I will! Thank you! 😍
